The Lady Pirates played in the sectional tournament on Wednesday at Stillwater Valley Golf Course. The Lady Pirates finished 8th in the tournament out of 17 teams. Reaghan McDaniel shot an 86 and tied for medalist honors (best score at the sectional tournament out of 96 golfers). With the score, Reaghan qualified for the district tournament at Heatherwoode Golf Course on Wednesday, October 5. For the Lady Pirates, Cassie May shot a 116, Ava Klingler had a 119, Emma Saylor shot a 121, and Zoie Armbruster shot a 127. Great Job Reaghan and the Lady Pirates!

High School Student Council preparing for the exciting weekend of Homecoming festivities!





Riverside Boys Golf team competed in the TRC tournament on Thursday. The team shot a 390. Jaxon Woods received First Team All TRC Boys Golf!! Congratulations!!


The Lady Pirates Golf team competed in the TRC tournament today at Homestead. They finished 2nd in the tournament and in the league overall. Congratulations to Reaghan McDaniel who finished in first place at the tournament with an 89, and was Medalist of the Year for the TRC! Congratulations also to Emma Saylor and Cassie May for earning honorable mention in the TRC. Coach Jason earned Coach of the Year as voted on by the coaches in the league.

The homecoming parade will start at 5:30 this evening. The bonfire will proceed after the parade if weather permits.

The Riverside manufacturing program hosted the brand new Rhodes State Mobile Lab. This lab is designed to travel to rural high schools to showcase new technology in the fields of agriculture, nursing, and engineering. Rhodes had the students complete modules pertaining to engineering. These included operating a robot, flying a digital drone, and using 3D holographic software to construct functioning circuits. The Lady Pirates beat Northeastern at National Golf Links, 224-260. Reaghan McDaniel was medalist with a 42; Emma Saylor shot a season low 55; Zoie Armbruster shot a 62; Ava Klingler & Cassie May both had a 65. The team is now 26-15 on the season. Zoie & Cassie are pictured.

Lady Pirates Golf: Tri-Match at Cherokee Hills: Riverside-225, Southeastern-209, Ansonia-250. Reaghan McDaniel was medalist with a 44; Emma Saylor shot a 57, Ava Klingler had a 61, Zoie Armbruster shot a 63, and Cassie May had a 66. The Lady Pirates are 25-15. Emma is pictured.
